What information does Clutterboard collect and how does Clutterboard use it?

Clutterboard collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

You may also request that Clutterboard delete your personal information by contacting us at the email or phone number provided above. Please understand that Clutterboard is required by CCPA to first verify any request received prior to complying with any CCPA request.

In some instances, Clutterboard is not required by CCPA to delete personal information. In such instance, Clutterboard will notify you if your personal information was unable to be deleted for one of the permitted exceptions under CCPA.

Clutterboard's special note to parents

Clutterboard does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Third party websites, data collection, links and co-brand relationships

In order to provide increased value to our visitors, Clutterboard may choose various third party websites to link to and from, and frame within, its own website. You will be able to connect your Clutterboard LLC account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR CLUTTERBOARD LLC ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED INTHIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. Users can adjust access to their accounts on Google, Twitter and Facebook from their Account Settings page.
